It has been over two years sine Monique Palmer's death. On May 14, 2011, Mr. Camacho and Lincoln’s A.S.B was planning to host the 3rd Annual San Diego High Schools Best Dance Crew Competition in Lincoln’s new gym. The funds raised at this event were suppose to go toward a scholarship that Mr. Camacho created to keep Palmer's memory alive.
Senior Exhibitions Canceled

On March 24, 2011, Mr. Collins called all the English teachers and center principals for an after school meeting to discuss the elimination of senior exhibitions here at Lincoln High. By the end of April, all of Lincoln’s principals will have a conference with San Diego City Schools District’s board to discuss the complete elimination of the senior exhibition.
Senior Prank has its Consequences

This morning students and staff came to the Hive to find a surprise awaiting their arrival. Lincoln Lane’s entrance to the Center of Public Safety and Center of Science of Engineering were blocked off today due to a senior prank. Students used all the tables, benches, and table umbrellas from both centers to block off the entrance. They also used trashcans and trashcan lids to display the year 2011 in the middle of each separate center.
Class of 2012 to be Allowed Off Campus Lunch Next Year!

Lincoln High School sent letters out to all current juniors, that by next year they would be allowed an off campus and an extended lunch.

Lincoln senior, Kayla Mack, will be staring in Micheal Bay's third and final film, Transformers - Dark of the Moon. When it was announced that Megan Fox will not return to the final film, rumors circulated around to established other actresses like Paris Hilton, Miley Circus, Selina Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, but the shortlist came down to Kayla Mack, a senior in the Center of Public Safety.
