A new graduating requirement states that the graduating class of 2012 will need a 3.0 on their last report card of their senior year in order to graduate.

After the departure of Ms. Shapiro, former principal of the Center of Social Justice and The Arts, an application process was held for a new lead principal (a new position that the district created) at Lincoln High School. Ms. Omogbehin, the principal of Horace Mann Middle School, was chosen to take on the challenge of continuing to build upon the “New Lincoln.”
