Hornets Start Off Season with Tough Challenges

The Hornets played the Poway Titians last Friday, September 16.  It was the Hornets first home game of the season. Before the game started, Anthony Hunt said, “We need to be more dedicated, work harder and more as a team.”

Lincoln Hornets Fall Short of Defending State Title

The Lincoln Hornets played the Summit Sky Hawks, at USC, Saturday 19, 2011. This game was important to the Hornets, because if they won, they would have moved on to Sacramento to compete to defend their State Championship title.

Lincoln Boys Basketball Defeat Clovis North 71-45

In their quest to repeat as State CIF Champions, Lincoln rolled over Clovis North 71-45 in the second round of the southern division playoffs.  The Hornets will play Cerritos Gahr on Saturday 3/12 at 7:00 pm at Lincoln.  A win against Cerritos Gahr will place them in the Southern Regional CIF Championship game at USC on March 19.  A win at USC gives them a chance to defend their title in Sacramento on March 25.
