he Lincoln Hornets played the San Marcos Knights this past Friday for the second round playoffs of Varsity Basketball Division II.
The Hornets came out strong and dominated the first and second half. The Knights stood no chance as the final score came out 79-51.
Third round playoffs are tomorrow. Hornets will face the Hoover Cardinals (28-4). The game will be at 7:00 p.m. at Lincoln in the new gym. The Cardinals smashed Monte Vista last Friday, 74-45.
Last week, during the first round playoff game, Hornets beat the Southwest Eagles, with a whopping score of 98-36.
