Earlier this week, a student here at Lincoln High School was publicly embarrassed because she sent a revealing picture to another Lincoln student. Unfortunately for her, pictures were posted to a popular instant messaging site. Though she sent the picture to just one student, it now floats in cyberspace.

There is much confusion surrounding the illegality of music downloading. Music piracy is defined as any form of unauthorized duplication and/or distribution of music including downloading, file sharing, and CD-burning. File-sharing programs that offer instant and unlimited access to free music, such as Limewire or P2P, are examples of unauthorized music distributors.

Saturday Academy may become Lincoln's hot spot for the weekends. Effective December 2009, due to excessive tardiness, the administration has created a new attendance policy requiring some students to make up for the learning missed.

The California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) is what everyone is talking about lately. Not only kids, but adults as well, are all stressed out and nervous over one exam. But what exactly is the CAHSEE? The CAHSEE is a three-part exam covering Language Arts, Mathematics, and Writing.
